I understand. I'm walking this path too.
I'm Gerda, a retired nurse with 30+ years in healthcare and education. I've spent years learning sourdough with fresh-milled grains, recently started foraging, and I'm teaching some of these practices while still learning them myself. I bring a Master's in Leadership, psychology and coach training, and decades as an educator helping adults build confidence in new skills.
